A. You install a special program. It includes our online how-to guide, as well as access to our live help desk and online forums. You immediately begin searching and downloading your favorite karaoke. The moment a karaoke song has downloaded, you are able to play it right there on your computer with the included program. You can also create compilation discs of your favorites or make duplicates of your expensive, copy-protected CDGs for backup. All downloads remain on your computer. We are often asked if you need to be connected to the internet to play the downloaded songs. No, because they are now on your computer. Copy them to external drive or wherever you want.

A. These are high-quality karaoke renditions, which most people prefer. MIDI files are also available.

Q. "What format are the downloaded songs?"
A. The most popular computer-karaoke format, "Mp3+G". Each Mp3+G consists of two (2) files: One containing sound (.mp3) and another with your graphics/lyrics (.cdg). These are downloaded in a ".zip" file. That zip file can be played directly (program included). If you burn to disc, your newly created CDG will be identical to the original. In addition, you choose the songs and what order they go in before making the disc!
